Where is the serial number of my device?

The POS terminal is identified by a unique 12-digit number called the Serial Number (SN). There are two ways to find the serial number:

On the back of your terminal you can find the SN field:

Castles S1F2:

Sunmi P2Lite SE:

Sunmi P2 Smartpad:

Notice that you need to slide the cover upwards to view the SN

Sunmi P3 / Sunmi P3KH:

In the PayXpress application, click on the Main menu , then go to the “About” page. The SN is shown for the device:

There is no main menu on the Sunmi P2 Smartpad, so please check the back of the device to find the SN in this case.
