How do I load paper?
POS terminals with the capacity to print will occasionally need new paper rolls loaded into the device. Here is what to do:
Lift the paper chamber’s cover:
Sunmi P3, P3H, or P3KH
Castles S1F2
Install a new roll like this:
Sunmi P3, P3H, or P3KH
Castles S1F2
Close the cover, making sure the paper is exiting outwards.
Make sure the roll is placed in the correct direction to avoid jamming and misprinting of tickets.
Paper specifications
Width: 57 mm
Outer diameter: 40 mm (standard format)
