Transaction successful... but no receipt printed (WeChat Pay and Alipay)
Problem
POS shows transaction was successfully processed … but no ticket printed.
Solution
Here is what to do:
Click Main menu > Transaction history. You should be able to see the transaction you just made here.
Click on that transaction.
Click Print ticket.
If the above does not work, get in touch by opening a support ticket
