How do I turn off/restart the device?

Castles S1F2, Sunmi P2Lite SE, P3 and P3KH

  1. Press and hold the power button on the side of your device until the screen goes dark.

  1. Then tap the “Power off” / “Reboot” button. This should safely turn off / restart your device:

Sunmi P2 Smartpad

There is no physical ON-OFF / Restart button on your Sunmi P2 Smartpad. To restart it, unplug the power cable and plug it back in.
