Customer enters an incorrect password (WeChat Pay and Alipay)
Problem
The customer has entered an incorrect password.
Solution
Here is what to do:
Press clear.
Enter the amount again.
Have the customer re-enter the password.
The customer’s WeChat Pay/Alipay account will lock for 10 minutes after 5 failed password attempts.
