Authorization transactions must be settled within 7 days by your customer’s bank. If this capture does not occur, then the transaction will be cancelled by your bank. To avoid this, you can perform the capture operation yourself. You can do this in the Backoffice.
To capture an authorization prematurely:
First, find the authorization in question. Go to the Processing tab and click Transactions.
Filter for the transaction:
Click the View 🔍 button to open the authorization:
(Optional) In the Main information tab, you can double-check the shopper details, if desired.
Go to the Operations tab. Notice the Capture area: the authorization amount is filled in by default. Click the Capture button:
You can perform a partial capture, if desired, by changing the Capture amount here. Please note that if the remaining amount is not captured within the 7 days (from the authorization), then it will be lost.
6. The system processes your capture, after which you should see a confirmation message.

Para capturar una autorización de forma prematura::

(Opcional) En la pestaña Información principal, puede volver a comprobar los datos del comprador, si lo desea.
Vaya a la pestaña Operaciones. Observe el área Captura: el importe de la autorización se completa de forma predeterminada. Haga clic en el botón Capturar::
Puede realizar una captura parcial, si lo desea, modificando el importe de la captura aquí. Tenga en cuenta que si el importe restante no se captura en los 7 días (a partir de la autorización), se perderá.
6. El sistema procesa tu captura, luego de lo cual deberías ver un mensaje de confirmación.
