Generally, transactions are processed by us and they are either accepted or declined. Each transaction comes with a result code that tells you, specifically, how it resulted. See the related article for a complete list of these codes:

Having said that, there is a “shortcut” if you want to filter your transactions by status. Then you can see all the transactions that were declined (for whatever reason), for example, in one view. In the Backoffice, go to the Processing menu and select Transactions:

Then use the Status filter on the left, under Transaction parameters:

All the transactions with the status you select will be displayed for that time period:
