For a general overview of the Transactions view in the Backoffice, please see Transactions. In this section we will go over how to view the transactions performed on a specific POS terminal.
Remember that first you need to https://central.payxpert.com/login to our Backoffice. If you do not yet have a username, please ask the admin responsible within your organization for creating them, or if none, the PayXpert Support team.
To consult a transaction made on your POS device:

From the menu on the left, click Processing and select Transactions:

The transactions page shows all of your latest transactions. In order to filter transactions by a specific terminal, open the "Related entities" filter group, then go to the "Originators" field:

Enter the serial number of the POS in question, then click on the Filter.

The page will now only show transactions performed on the device with that serial number. Remember that by default the Date from filter is set to fetch your transactions from the last month:

To view the details of a transaction, click on the transaction identifier link in blue.

Para obtener una descripción general de la vista Transacciones en el Backoffice, consulte Transacciones. En esta sección, veremos cómo ver las transacciones realizadas en un TPV específico.
Recuerde que primero debe ingresar a nuestro Backoffice en Conexión. Si aún no tiene un usuario, solicite la creación de uno al administrador responsable dentro de su organización o, si no tiene ninguno, al equipo de Soporte de PayXpert.
Para consultar una transacción realizada en su dispositivo TPV:
En el menú de la izquierda, haga clic en Procesando y seleccione Transacciones:
La página de transacciones muestra todas sus últimas transacciones. Para filtrar las transacciones por un terminal específico, abra el grupo de filtros "Entidades relacionadas", luego vaya al campo "Originators":
Ingrese el número de serie del POS en cuestión y luego haga clic en Filtro.
La página ahora solo mostrará las transacciones realizadas en el dispositivo con ese número de serie. Recuerde que, de manera predeterminada, el filtro Fecha desde está configurado para recuperar las transacciones del último mes:
Para ver los detalles de una transacción, haga clic en el enlace del identificador de transacción en azul.
Aparecerá una ventana de detalles de la transacción:
Observe que aquí puede ver detalles como la marca de tiempo de cobro de la transacción y si el TPV estaba en modo degradado durante la transacción.
