You can remotely access a ticket from any transaction made on any device in your fleet of POS terminals. We provide it to you in PDF format for you to view, download and/or print.

To access a ticket from a sale, cancellation, or refund made on a physical POS device:

  1. Go to Processing > Transactions.

  2. Use the filters on the left to search for the transaction in question. For example, you can search by the transaction total, the date of the transaction, or select the Originator corresponding to the serial number of the particular POS device.

  3. Now click the PDF (blue star) icon. Select “Open customer receipt” (or to view your copy, “Open merchant receipt”) from the drop-down menu:

  4. The ticket appears in your PDF viewer:

Now, you can save and/or print the transaction ticket.
