If your customer chooses not to print a receipt and then changes his or her mind, it is super easy to print it from the app. Fetching a copy of your last merchant ticket is easy as well.

The terminal will print the last successful or unsuccessful transaction.

Re-printing a ticket is a bit different depending on which PayXpress app you are using.

PayXpress

You can re-print the customer and/or merchant copy of the ticket for the last transaction.

  1. On the terminal’s home screen, tap the PayXpress (blue star) icon to start the re-print.

  2. By default, the debit screen is shown. But you want to re-print a ticket, so tap the Options (blue star) button, then choose which ticket you want to re-print:

If you have re-printed a customer copy, you can now give it to your customer.

PayXpress+

Duplicating the last receipt in PayXpress+ is easy thanks to the shortcut button.

To print a copy of the last customer ticket, open PayXpress+ and tap the “Print a copy of last ticket” button. Select “Customer ticket”:

The machine prints the ticket. You can give it to the customer.

To duplicate the merchant copy of the last operation, select “Merchant ticket” instead:
