On the terminal’s home screen, tap the PayXpress
icon to start the re-print.
By default, the debit screen is shown. But you want to re-print a ticket, so tap the Options
button, then choose which ticket you want to re-print:
Client: tap this option to re-print a copy for your shopper
Merchant: tap this option to re-print a copy for yourself
The machine prints the ticket:
If you have re-printed a customer copy, you can now give it to your customer.
