If your customer chooses not to print a receipt and then changes his or her mind, it is super easy to print it from the app. Fetching a copy of your last merchant ticket is easy as well.
Re-printing a ticket is a bit different depending on which PayXpress app you are using.
PayXpress
To duplicate the last customer receipt, open PayXpress and tap the Options “···” button. Select “Customer copy”.

The machine prints the ticket. You can give it to the customer.
To duplicate the merchant copy of the last operation, select “Merchant copy” instead:

Duplicating the last receipt in PayXpress+ is easy thanks to the shortcut button.
To print a copy of the last customer ticket, open PayXpress+ and tap the “Print a copy of last ticket” button. Select “Customer ticket”:

To duplicate the merchant copy of the last operation, select “Merchant ticket” instead:

The terminal will print the last successful or unsuccessful transaction.
You can re-print the customer and/or merchant copy of the ticket for the last transaction.
On the terminal’s home screen, tap the PayXpress icon to start the re-print.
By default, the debit screen is shown. But you want to re-print a ticket, so tap the Options button, then choose which ticket you want to re-print:
Client: tap this option to re-print a copy for your shopper
Merchant: tap this option to re-print a copy for yourself
The machine prints the ticket:
If you have re-printed a customer copy, you can now give it to your customer.
