How do I load paper?

POS terminals with the capacity to print will occasionally need new paper rolls loaded into the device. Here is what to do:

  1. Lift the paper chamber’s cover:

  1. Install a new roll like this:

  1. Close the cover, making sure the paper is exiting outwards.

Make sure the roll is placed in the correct direction to avoid jamming and misprinting of tickets.

 

Paper specifications

Width: 57 mm
Outer diameter: 40 mm (standard format)

The Sunmi P3 Mix can take a larger roll size (80mm).
