With this feature, all your payment tickets are centralized and digitized in the Central Backoffice. You can directly view and download a given ticket generated by your POS devices there.

The payment receipt serves as proof of the transaction between you and your customer. In the event of a dispute or request from the issuer or acquirer for proof of a transaction, you can easily access the payment ticket through the Backoffice, eliminating the need to locate physical copies.

You can reduce transaction time and enhance the customer experience by no longer needing to print your merchant tickets.

If you misplace a printed ticket, you can quickly retrieve it remotely through the Central Backoffice.

Both customer and merchant tickets are available for download in PDF format for debit, credit, and cancellation transactions. For instructions, see How to print a ticket from a transaction made on a POS terminal.

In the case of offline or degraded transactions, the payment ticket will be available in Central once the internet connection has been restored. For security reasons, the customer’s PAN is always masked on the merchant’s ticket.

Payment tickets are stored for a period of 13 months in accordance with payment regulations.
