Transactions history

PayXpert - User documentation

Transactions history

You can consult your past in-store transactions in the Transactions history. The transactions are “streamed in” from our secure servers via API and for security and performance reasons are not “stored” in the POS device (it needs to be connected to the Internet).

You will only see the transactions made on the individual POS device, not all the transactions across your business' other devices.

The Transactions history feature is not available on the Sunmi P2 Smartpad, but works across all other devices for card payments.

Access from the main menu

The feature is available right from the main menu:

Main page

On the main page, your Transactions history is already divided by day. Notice that you can expand or contract a day with the tap of a button:

If a day is not displayed, then there were no transactions on that day.

You can filter the transactions list by date (see Transactions history | Filter by date) or transaction details (see Transactions history | Filter by transactions).

Transaction details

On the main page, for each successful transaction, we show you:

Transaction totals

The transactions history page conveniently shows you the totals of the transactions it is displaying. Notice the two places we show transaction totals:

For the day:

For the selected time period:

Summary page

Tap the Transactions total area to see a Summary page of the transactions shown:

We show you how the ‘total transactions’ amount is actually calculated by showing you how the debits, cancellations and refunds for that time period and those filtering conditions equal that total amount.

Share/Print out

You can print or share your Transaction totals summary via the Share button:

Offline-mode transactions

Even if Offline mode (Degraded mode) has been activated on your device, you will not be able to see the transactions performed this way in the Transactions history until your POS goes back online. This is because the transactions has not yet been pushed to our servers nor to the bank.

However, once it goes back online, these transactions will be pushed to the servers. Therefore, you will be able to see them in the Transactions history. They are denoted as such (with the offline logo):
