My terminal does not allow me to accept payments, what do I have to do?

Your terminal needs to be remotely configured and activated by us and you must be an active client. You need to have the Payxpress application installed on the terminal and in must have a security key (also installed remotely). If all this is true and your terminal has suddently stopped working please check that it is connected to WiFi or mobile data and then contact Support if the issue persists.
