File Collection / Telecollection view from Backoffice

As a partner (reseller or acquirer), you can use the File Collections area to monitor Remittance file collections across multiple merchants and merchant accounts, reconcile totals with bank statements, and export filtered results for reporting.

As a partner, keep these things in mind:

  • The date range can be set to the built-in presets or you can customize it (up to 13 months)

  • You can select all, one, or multiple merchants that you manage

  • You can select specific Merchant Accounts (e.g. CB Contact, CB Contactless, AMEX) if desired.

  • You can select interfaces as desired (Contact / Contactless / both).

  • As far as file Status, you can check for ‘Sent for settlement' files, ‘Waiting for next settlement’ files, and/or 'Failed’ files.
