How do I change the language of my POS device?

This is done via the Android settings. Not only your POS terminal, but the Payxpress payment app uses this language as well (if available).

Go to Settings -> System -> Languages and input -> Languages -> tap and hold your preferred language, then drag it to the top of the list.
