What happens if I lose my network connection?
Offline/Degraded Mode allows you to collect payments without a network connection.
To enable this feature, contact your Support team. Transactions are stored locally on the device and must be synchronized once the connection is restored.
Note:
Offline transactions are not guaranteed
CB, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted but only in Contact form (with the chip)
Prepaid cards (such as those from neobanks) and cards requiring systematic authorization are declined in offline mode.
Apple Pay and other e-wallets are not compatible with this mode.
