What happens if I lose my network connection?

Offline/Degraded Mode allows you to collect payments without a network connection.

To enable this feature, contact your Support team. Transactions are stored locally on the device and must be synchronized once the connection is restored.

Note:

  • Offline transactions are not guaranteed (bank authorization is performed after the fact).

  • Only French credit cards are accepted in offline mode.

  • Prepaid cards (such as those from neobanks) and cards requiring systematic authorization are declined in offline mode.

  • Apple Pay and other e-wallets are not compatible with this mode.
