How to verify that telecollection has been completed

The electronic collection is automatically launched every night by PayXpert (according to the settings of your banking contract). If you wish to verify that it has been completed correctly:

  1. Access the Transactions' journal.

  2. View the details of a transaction made the previous day.

  3. Verify that the "File collection date" field is correctly completed and that it
    does not show the status "not captured."

  4. If the transaction is captured, an additional field will be displayed: "Collection reference" with the bank remittance ID generated by your bank.
