Do I need to trigger the Telecollection?

NO - Electronic collection is automatic according to the settings of your bank contract. Transactions are continuously transmitted to the payment server, which groups them before sending them to our secure servers, which perform a single electronic collection every evening.

No receipt or electronic collection report is printed, but you can verify the process via the Transactions history and the Totals??? function.

  1. Access the Transaction history.

  2. Filter by date (today or yesterday), then apply a filter by transaction by selecting the "Collected" status. See How to verify that telecollection has been completed.

  3. The transaction log is displayed with only the filtered transactions:

  4. Verify that the totals match the total that you recorded at the register or with your bank.
