The transaction is not visible in the Transactions history, what should I do?
There are several reasons why a transaction may not appear in the Transactions history. Here are some things to check:
The Transactions history screen only displays transactions made on the same terminal. A transaction made on another POS terminal will therefore not be visible.
A transaction only appears in the journal when the card has been inserted or presented to the POS terminal to make a payment.
For security reasons, transactions are not stored in the POS terminal. An internet connection is required to view transactions from the central server.
If transactions were made offline, make sure to reconnect the POS terminal to the internet. This will allow these transactions to be automatically sent to the central server and displayed in the log.
