You can only cancel a transaction if it has been performed earlier in the same day. Once it has been collected (in the evening), you must refund credit your shopper instead.

The cancellation will appear as a “refund” operation in the Central Backoffice. As it is connected to the original debit transaction, the cancellation will appear (as a “refund” in the Related transactions tab of the debit transaction). |
