You can now remotely access a sales ticket in our Central Backoffice. Therefore you can access and print any sale, refund or cancellation ticket-—in both customer and merchant format—via the online portal. Our devices can now, by default, communicate with cash registers via the Concert protocol (v3.2). So, your cash register can send the payment total to our POS, which displays that amount on screen. Feel free to learn more about how the protocol works here.
