You can now remotely access a sales ticket in our Central Backoffice. Therefore you can access and print any sale, refund or cancellation ticket-—in both customer and merchant format—via the online portal. Our devices can now, by default, communicate with cash registers via the Concert protocol (v3.2). So, the your cash register can , using tags from the protocol, send the payment total to the our POS, which displays that amount on screen. This is just the basic situation because there are many other factors to communicate back and forth, like what to print on the ticket, for example. Feel free to learn more about how the protocol works here.
