There are two ways to perform a refund in the Hay dos formas de realizar un reembolso en la aplicación PayXpress Alternative Payments app:
You can select “Refund”. The camera is activated. Scan the customer’s ticketPuede seleccionar “Reembolso”. La cámara se activa. Escanee el ticket del cliente:
Or, you can click on the transaction from the Transactions list and tap “Refund”, entering the exact amount you want to refund
